2025 Palmier Festival Product Introduction

The annual “Palmiers Festival” is officially launched! From April 1st to April 30th, all stores and the official online store will launch a limited edition of the new “Premium Earl Grey Petit 4 Gift Set.” It meticulously selects Earl Grey tea leaves from a century-old British blending process, pioneering the interpretation of tea aroma layers with four concentrations. Combining scientific research and development with fully handmade techniques, it creates a distinct poem of taste. Simultaneously launching the “Guess Your Favorite Concentration Ranking” interactive game, we sincerely invite all Hong Kong citizens to a feast of tea aroma and creativity with generous gifts, practicing “Imperial Patisserie’s ingenuity” to achieve “Gifted to the world”.

Limited Edition “Premium Earl Grey Petit 4 Gift Set”

Kicking off the festivities with a bang, just in time for the Palmiers Festival, we’re launching the all-new “Premium Earl Grey Petit 4 Gift Set”. With the iconic Ceylon black tea base and bergamot aroma of Earl Grey as its core, Imperial Patisserie’s Chief Pastry Chef, in collaboration with the food science team, spent half a year deconstructing the Earl Grey fragrance into four concentration chapters.

The key ingredients in Imperial Patisserie’s Earl Grey Palmiers are Earl Grey tea leaves sourced from the UK and Japanese sugar. The Japanese sugar has a more moist texture, allowing the palmiers to maintain a crispy exterior and moist interior even after multiple stages of baking. The ratio of these two ingredients directly affects the taste: the higher the proportion of Earl Grey tea leaves used, the higher the concentration and the lower the relative sweetness; and vice versa.
